  1. Version 1.02:
  2.     A number of bug fixes, internal changes, and extensions have been
  3.     made to this version as a consequence the INF files created by 
  4.     earlier versions will not work correctly with BED 1.02. Create a 
  5.     new INF file by clicking on SAVE in the OPTIONS dialog.

  7. Version 1.03:
  8.    The restrictions placed on valid commands when modifying a buffer have
  9.    been removed. To facilitate these changes it is now necessary to hold
  10.    down the <ALT> key when using keyboard shortcuts for block movements
  11.    via the 'R', 'B'. See below for changes with the '+' and '-' keys.
  12.    In addition the display mode toggle keys 'A' and 'S' also require that
  13.    the <ALT> key to be held down.

  15.    The '+' and '-' keys in combination with <ALT> will move the current
  16.    block forward or backward by one block only, irrespective of the current
  17.    step setting in the Options Menu. Hold down the <CTRL> key to move by the
  18.    number of blocks specified in the Options Menu.
  19.    NOTE: Clicking on the arrow icons on the desktop will also only move one
  20.    block; hold down the <CTRL> key to move multiple blocks.

  23.    A disassembler has been implemented in this version - See BED.TXT for
