  28.     Here is the one you have been waiting for. There is one little
  29.     catch, the package is written in Turbo Pascal for IBM PC. But
  30.     don't hit <Q>uit now, I have compiled all the examples with Personal
  31.     Pascal with subtle changes. For your convience, I wrote a file to
  32.     explain the difference when using the package for Personal Pascal.
  33.     Read the file README1.1ST first.  This is the second package of learning to
  34.     program in Pascal tutorials.

  42.     PERSONAL PASCAL GEM library call parameters. It helps me out alot and 
  43.     keeps me from digging around the manual to find stuff.  Also included is a
  44.     program to convert monochrome pictures to medium resolution for those owners
  45.     of only color monitors.  Next month, the last batch.
