  13.     These files are the editor programs of TVX.  TVX is the original version
  14.     of the editor.  EMAX is the emacs emulator of the TVX editor.  VIX is the
  15.     vi emulator of the TVX editor.  This is very excellent multi-featured 
  16.     editor which is very well supported and contains a multitude of features.
  17.     Also this editor can be built and run on a number of different machines.
  18.     The EMAX editor is from the previous version.  The author says that the
  19.     source is current, but there are already too many EMACS editors out there.
