- Subject: Answer to my composite video output question
-
- This weekend I was able to extract a beautiful composite signal
- from my new 520ST for my old color monitor. The signal comes out
- of pin 2 of the monitor port (my thanks to Atari's Doug Renn
- for pointing this out to me). No amplifcation was required.
- All you need to do is connect pin 2 to your monitor's
- input pin, and connect the 520ST ground (pin 8 or 13) to
- your monitor's ground. My homemade cable cost me 94 cents.
-
- Thank you all for the many suggestions I received concerning
- this question.
