Browse from one directory to another, each directory have different content. Each design have and will have diffrent number of directory. As this project developing I am creating different designs. òò WHAT CHANGE YOU CAN MAKE TO YOUR CONTENT ---------- Do what ever you want :-) Change the attributes of the text and the paragraph ò Font face, Fon tsize, Font color, Bold, Underline, Italic, alignments Attach Hyperlinks or email to your content ò Font face, Fon tsize, Font color, Bold, Underline, Italic, alignments òò HOW TO EDIT THE TEXT FILES òò 1) Use any editing programs ( a text editor) such as Note Pad or Word. 2) If you know basic html, you'll have no problem to makea change to the textfiles. so......I'll do my best to create step by step instructions to follow FYI I'm a designer and not a writer or instructor so excuse me if my explanation is not very clear . ----- READY FOR BASIC EDITING ? ---------- ò If you download the zip file of prototype Unzip the file with somekind of zip utility like Winzip for Window or Aladin for Mac In the folder you'll see : - Index.html, the flash file ( swf), and the folder call txt. - Inside the " txt folder " are information that will be loaded to the flash file. - Each information will be a little bit different depend to how I designed the flash file. - For the latest designs or up date or editing info go to http://www.5sec.com NOTE : Make instant copy of the files, keep the originals as originals and use the copied version as a working version. ò Keep this ReadMe file ( read only file) open while you make the change to other files for reference. ò Double click " index.html "( keep it open, the purpose is to preview the change that you will make) ò Double click " directories.txt "( it will open with your default text editor ) here you will see some data for the directory section that will be sent to a flash movie, in other word the flash movie that I designed is generated from this text file. _______________________________________________________________________ here for example: &yourcompany=<a href="http://www.yoursite.com"> YOUR COMPANY</a> &Button1=Your Link 1 &Button2=Your Link 2 &Button3=Your Link 3 &Button4=Your Link 4 &Button5=Your Link 5 _______________________________________________________________________ Change the texts : YOUR COMPANY( the one with CAP), Your Link 1, Your Link2 , Your Link 3, Your Link4,Your Link 5 to what ever you want to say for ex: YOUR COMPANY to Welcome Your Link 1 to Home Your Link 2 to About me Your Link 3 to Services Your Link 4 to Portfolio Your Link 5 to Contact me ò Save the " directories.txt " ( go to file and hit "Save" ) ò Go to your browser of index.html and " Refresh " ( located at the navigation bar of your browser ) ò Do you see the change you just make? That's it............. the very basic of editing,once you do it, you'll get the hang of it. You may change the size and the color of your font or the links. take alook my page 1, I create different color,size, and link òò UPLOADING THE FILES òò just upload the index.html, the flash movie, and the txt folder to your server. once you upload the file if you want to edit the text. change the the text files which you want to make the change and upload that text file again. òò PLEASE REMEMBER DONOT RENAME THE FILES, LEAVE IT AS IT IS òò I will create a help line on my site to help you to do the editing.
