  3. FUNCTION: Allows the date and time stamp of a file to be changed.

  5. FORMAT:   FDATE [d:][path]filename[.ext] [mm/dd/yy] [hh:mm:ss]

  7. TYPE:     Public domain software

  9. REMARKS:  The date and time are optional and can appear in any order. If
  10.           neither are specified, the file's date and time are set to the
  11.           current date and time from the DOS clock. If only one is specified,
  12.           the other is left unchanged. Global file name characters may not
  13.           be used. FDATE requires DOS 2.0.
