  2. Step 1.  Dip washcloth in hot water and hold against closed eyes for 30 seconds.
  3. Step 2.  Dip washcloth in cold water and hold against eyes for 30 seconds.
  4. Step 3.  Alternate hot to cold while repeating affirmation.
