  18. The  No-Can-See Scrambler  is  a  file management  program to
  19. offer  fast and  safe file  protection to  the User. Whenever
  20. two, or  more, individuals use  the same computer  system....
  21. file  protection  is  frequently  needed.  This program lends
  22. itself  to personal,  as well  as, business  applications. In
  23. just a  matter of a few  seconds, the User is  able to take a
  24. perfectly readable file and render it unreadable and useless.
  25. This  process  can  be  immediately  reversed  in  a few more
  26. seconds.  To add  an extra  measure of  security, an optional
  27. Pass Word is avaiable when preparing to Scramble a file. If a
  28. Pass  Word  is  utilized,  the  file  CAN  NOT be Unscrambled
  29. without  it. If  The Scrambler  is only  used from the User's
  30. Floppy  Drive,   no  other  individual  could   even  try  to
  31. Unscramble a  Scrambled file, unless they  had their own copy
  32. of this program. Even if this was the case, another identical
  33. copy could  never Unscramble a  file that was  Scrambled with
  34. the use of a Password.

  36. It is totally unbelievable, that  a program that can offer so
  37. much security, can be so User Friendly.....

  39. NOTE: A 38 page file (70,244 K) was Scrambled in less than 30
  40. Seconds on  a 386 -  20 MHz system.  Files containing 2  to 4
  41. pages will normally take less than 5 seconds.
