  5. StampBase  for Windows  is stamp  collection inventory system
  6. for  Microsoft  WindowsTM  3.0  or  higher.  StampBase  takes
  7. advantage of the Windows'  Graphical User Interface (GUI) and
  8. its  memory management  capabilities. StampBase  is a Windows
  9. application. The  program will not  work outside the  Windows
  10. environment.

  12. Your  stamp collection  data can   be stored  in one  or more
  13. files.  StampBase  provides  intuitive  data  entry  and edit
  14. features. StampBase  uses the stamp  catalog numbering system
  15. used by  most popular catalogs and  publications. The program
  16. sorts records by country and catalog number. StampBase tracks
  17. each stamp's category (type), issue year, description, grade,
  18. purchase date, cost and market value. Personal comments about
  19. a stamp can also be stored with each record.

  21. The  StampBase   author  is  a  25   year  veteran  of  stamp
  22. collecting.  StampBase is  a stamp  inventory system  for the
  23. person  who enjoys  stamp collecting  as a  hobby and using a
  24. computer. StampBase  stores detailed and  concise information
  25. about  a stamp  collection  in  an easily  understood format.
  26. Information about a stamp is  quickly accessible on screen or
  27. in printed form.

  29. StampBase requires an 80286 or better  PC with 1 MB RAM and a
  30. hard drive. The program supports a mouse and keyboard.

  33. software.  StampBase  for  Windows  is  a  shareware software
  34. product. You are expected to  pay a small registration fee to
  35. the  author if  you find  it useful.  A registration  form is
  36. included in the program. The  author will send you the latest
  37. version of  the program and  a professionally printed  User's
  38. Guide upon  receiving the registration  fee. Registered users
  39. will be notified when the program is updated.
