  13. This licence refers to any product which is distributed by Pocket IQ.
  14.  
  15. GRANT OF LICENCE
  16. This Pocket IQ Licence Agreement  ("Licence")  permits you to use
  17. one copy  of  this  product,  on multiple machines which may include 
  18. user documentation provided in electronic form ("SOFTWARE"), 
  19. providing it is for the sole,  exclusive use of the registered user.  The 
  20. SOFTWARE is  licensed  as  a  single product.  Its  component parts 
  21. may not be separated  for use on more than one computer or by more 
  22. than one user at any one time.

  24. COPYRIGHT
  25. The  SOFTWARE  (including  any  images and text incorporated into 
  26. the product) is owned by Pocket IQ and the independent application 
  27. author or  its  suppliers, and  is  protected by  English copyright laws 
  28. and international treaty provisions.
  29.  
  30. REVERSE TRANSLATION
  31. The SOFTWARE,  including all related program files may not be 
  32. altered in  any way.  Reverse  translation  is  expressly  forbidden  
  33. without written  permission  of the Pocket IQ and the independent 
  34. application author.
  35.  
  36. LIMITED WARRANTY
  37. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law,  Pocket IQ and 
  38. the independent  application  author  disclaims  all  warranties,  either
  39. express  or implied,  including but not limited to warranties of mer-
  40. chantability and fitness for a particular purpose.  In no event shall
  41. Pocket IQ,  the independent  application  author  or its suppliers be
  42. liable  for any damages whatsoever  (including,  without  limitation,
  43. damages for loss of business profits, business interruption,  loss of
  44. business information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use
  45. or inability to use this Pocket IQ product.

  47. The SOFTWARE is supplied 'as is' and no advice or  technical  
  48. support is guaranteed from Pocket IQ or any third party.
