  17. Send your three tanks east, across the bridge then keep going a bit further and you will find an oil field.
  18. Build two turrets to the South of the oil and build a Well on the oil field. Keep the tanks to the South
  19. of the oil field in case you encounter an enemy raid.

  21. You should be able to afford to spend around $2000 on building extra tanks, build these and send one or two to
  22. help defend your newly built oil well. Leave the other tanks defending the main base.
  23.  
  24. Now build a Well on the oil field on the West side of your base. The full money might not be available to build this
  25. immediately, but it won't take long for the existing wells to generate enough income to complete the building.

  27. Keep an eye on your outlying oil well, it could come under serious attack, if required send an extra tank or
  28. two from the main base.
  29.  
  30. When construction of the second oil well is complete start continuous production of tanks. Leave four or five
  31. to defend the main base and send the rest out East to the oil well. When you have eight or ten tanks in the
  32. easterly group send them out to locate and destroy an enemy oil well that is East South East from the oil well.
  33. Once the well is destroyed send the remaining tanks back to guard the oil well.

  35. Your next target is another oil well South and slightly East of your main base. Leave four or five tanks guarding
  36. the easterly oil well and send the rest, if any, back to the main base to help build an attack force.
  37. Wait until you have a force of ten or twelve tanks then follow the road from your main base South, head East after
  38. crossing the second river and you should discover the well, destroy it!

  40. If you've successfully completed the above steps you now have the upper hand. Do not let the enemy rebuild wells
  41. on the two destroyed sites. Build up your forces and head for the enemy base in the South East, it
  42. may take a bit of work to fight through the defences, but your control of the outlying oil fields will
  43. ensure you have sufficient strength to ultimately win the battle."
