AContact Manager has the ability to link a Word, Data, Agenda, Sheet or Sketch file to a Contact. If a file is linked to a Contact a small file icon will appear on the Contact screen.
The file to be linked can either be a new or an existing file. If a new file is selected the file will be created and run. When the file is closed you will be returned to the Contact screen.
Once a file has been linked there will be an option to open the file or to delete the link.

Hints and Tips
AAll changes to Contact data are made via the Contacts application. In order that CM(mx) can "see" this data it is necessary to periodically use the synchronize option in the File menu. This will allow CM(mx) to rewrite its own files to allow any changs to be incorporated.
