  1. LICENCE AGREEMENT

  3. YOU SHOULD CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING LICENCE 
  4. AGREEMENT BEFORE INSTALLING THIS SOFTWARE PROGRAM. 
  5. BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE 
  6. SOFTWARE PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE 
  7. TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO 
  8. THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, TAP NO.

  10. FatCatz hereby grants you, and by using the software you accept, a 
  11. limited licence subject to the terms and conditions contained herein
  12. to the use of MagicKeys, (called "the Software" in this agreement). 
  13. You may install the Software on an unlimited number of machines so 
  14. long as one and only one copy is being used at any one time. You may 
  15. not either temporarily or permanently transfer or sublicence your 
  16. rights to use the Software. 
  17.  
  18. You acknowledge the rights to the Software are the sole and exclusive
  19. property of FatCatz. By accepting this agreement, you do not become the
  20. owner of the Software in accordance with this agreement.

  22. The Software including all related program files may not be altered in
  23. any way. Reverse translation is expressly forbidden.
  24.  
  25. FatCatz cannot and does not accept any liability for the unlikely event
  26. of an error, defect or failure of the Software including any loss of any
  27. kind. No guarantee is either offered or implied by FatCatz. Use of the
  28. Software is entirely at your own risk.

  30. This Software is protected by copyright law and international treaties.
