  1. The Pocket IQ End User Licence Agreement (EULA) is a  legal agreement
  2. between you and Pocket IQ. By downloading or installing this SOFTWARE,
  3. you agree to be bound by the  terms of this  Agreement. If you do not
  4. agree to the terms of this Agreement, remove this SOFTWARE immediately.

  10. This licence refers to any product which is distributed by Pocket IQ.

  12. GRANT OF LICENCE
  13. This Pocket IQ Licence Agreement  ("Licence")  permits you to use one
  14. copy  of  this  product,  on multiple machines which may include user
  15. documentation provided in electronic form ("SOFTWARE"),  providing it
  16. is for the sole,  exclusive use of the registered user.  The SOFTWARE
  17. is  licensed  as  a  single product.  Its  component parts may not be
  18. separated  for use on more than one computer or by more than one user
  19. at any one time.

  21. COPYRIGHT
  22. The  SOFTWARE  (including  any  images and text incorporated into the
  23. product) is owned by Pocket IQ and the independent application author
  24. or  its  suppliers, and  is  protected by  English copyright laws and
  25. international treaty provisions.

  27. REVERSE TRANSLATION
  28. The SOFTWARE,  including all related program files may not be altered
  29. in  any way.  Reverse  translation  is  expressly  forbidden  without
  30. written  permission  of the Pocket IQ and the independent application
  31. author.

  33. LIMITED WARRANTY
  34. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law,  Pocket IQ and the
  35. independent  application  author  disclaims  all  warranties,  either
  36. express  or implied,  including but not limited to warranties of mer-
  37. chantability and fitness for a particular purpose.  In no event shall
  38. Pocket IQ,  the independent  application  author  or its suppliers be
  39. liable  for any damages whatsoever  (including,  without  limitation,
  40. damages for loss of business profits, business interruption,  loss of
  41. business information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use
  42. or inability to use this Pocket IQ product.

  44. The SOFTWARE is supplied 'as is' and no advice or  technical  support
  45. is guaranteed from Pocket IQ or any third party.
