  11. USAGE: To Convert one Unit value to other Units.
  12. There are nine groups in the Units category.
  13. (Length, Area, Volume, Weight, Pressure, Energy, Temperature, Speed, Time)
  14. Choose one group.
  15. Choose unit you want to convert.
  16. Enter value to convert.
  17. Press Enter or click on "Convert" button.
  18. The answer will be displayed in each unit of your chosen group and your selected unit will also be highlighted.
  19. There are three groups in the Utilities category.
  20. (Relative Ratio, Price Comparison, VATax Calc)
  21. Relative Ratio:
  22. USAGE: To obtain Relative Ratio between two items, given three other values.
  23. Price Comparison:
  24. USAGE: Compares two items and returns the cheaper of the two, given the price and quantity of each.
  25. VATax Calc:
  26. USAGE: Calculates VATax. Given one known value out of three.
  27. (Gross, VATax, Net)
  28. Note: VATax will be calculated based on VATax % set up in preferences.
  29. If  "Convert5" is already installed on the "C" drive and you want to move it to the "D" drive, follow the instructions below:
  30. 1.    Make sure "Show 'System' folder" is checked in "Preferences".
  31. 2.    Move "Convert5" folder from "C:\System\Apps\" to "C:\" in order to remove "Convert5" Icon from ExtraBar.
  32. 3.    If not already there, create a folder called "D:\System\Apps\".
  33. 4.    Move "Convert5" folder in "Apps" folder to "D" drive.
  34. (e.g."D:\System\Apps\Convert5\*.*")
  35. 5.    "Convert5" Icon will reappear in ExtraBar and "Convert5" will be running from the "D" Drive.
  36. If  "Convert5" is already installed on the "D" drive and you want to move it to the "C" drive, follow the instructions above, but instead of "C" drive read "D" drive and instead of "D" drive read "C" drive.
  37. NOTE: In order to run the program properly, you must follow the proper folder structure as shown below.

  42. Television: (Different Standard)
  43. Calculates different screen sizes in different television screen format.(e.g. Conventional 4:3 or Widescreen 16:9)
  44. Holds values for Decimal points for Units, User groups, VATax Calc/Price Comparison and Current VATax percentage.
  45. Decimal points for Units:
  46. Allowed value (0~12). Setting decimal points here will be reflected in the answer screen in Units category throughout.
  47. Note : If answer does not fit in the answer screen, then reduce number of decimal points for units.
  48. Decimal points for User groups:
  49. Allowed value (0~5). Setting decimal points here will be reflected in the answer screen in User groups category throughout.
  50. Note : This option will only appear when atleast one user group is set up.
  51. Decimal points for VATax Calc/Price Comparison:
  52. Allowed value (0~3). Setting decimal points here will be reflected in the answer screen in VATax Calc and Price Comparison.
  53. Current VATax %:
  54. Allowed value (0.00~99.00). Setting current VATax % here will be reflected in the VATax calculations.

  57. A great deal of care has been taken to ensure that this program runs smoothly on your machine. Extensive tests were carried out to ensure that its free from any bugs.

  59. Registered users will get free technical support for first three months for "Convert5". If you have any queries please contact us at the address given in "Comments and Suggestions".
  60. Register user please note:
  61. Although this program uses machine registration technique, we consider as it is registered to you not to your machine. If one or other reason you have to change your machine and you need new registration code. Please send us your old machine's UID with new machine's UID and we will send you new registration code for free, because we value your custom.

  63. Allows user to create their own Unit groups.
  64. (e.g. Currency, your own units group)
  65. User can create upto seven groups and within each group upto seven individual units, including base unit.
  66. Once user creates first group, Group name will be appear in the menu and the popup menu (Conv toolbar) after Units menu under "My Groups" heading.
  67. New Group:
  68. Creates new user group. Enter group name you want to appear in the menu. Enter base unit's name. Base unit's value is always 1. Enter other six units and their values equivalent to the base unit.
  69. Edit Group:
  70. Edit previously created user group. Edit group name, base unit and/or other unit's name and their values.
  71. Delete Group:
  72. Deletes previously created user group.
  73. Note: If you just want to delete one or more units from any existing group and not the whole group, Use Edit Group command. Just delete unit name you want to delete and save rest of the group as it is. Deleted unit will not appear again in that group.

  95. Using "Convert5" is quite simple.
  96. Choose the conversion you want to do using one of the three methods.
  97.     1. Drop down Menu
  98.     2. Hot keys
  99.     3. Toolbar
  100. Choose Unit,Size or Utility you want to convert, enter figure (if required) and press Enter.
  101. Press ENTER key to repeat same conversion or press any other key to ESCAPE.
  102. USAGE: To find comparable sizes or standard in different countries.(e.g. USA,UK or EUROPE)
