  3. New for Version 3.6
  4. Added a new feature that enables you to close all Databases that have been opened by FindIT.
  5.  
  6. New for Version 3.5
  7. Added a new feature that enables a small "Word" file icon to be displayed at the end of each
  8.  name/item in the FindIT file, providing a note file has already been started for that particular
  9.  name/item. The option to display these icons is purely one of choice and can easily be switched off
  10.  under the "Preferences" menu option. 
  11. If you tap the screen on the right hand side where the Note icon is displayed the Note for that
  12.  name/item will either be opened for reading, if there is no Note file for that name/item then tapping
  13.  the right hand side of the screen will automatically create a note file.
  14. Please note then when displaying Multiple find results the tapping of the Note file icon is disabled and
  15. FindiT will go to the correct Database as before.

  17. New for Version 3.4
  18. Added another new feature enabling you to select, via preferences, how many "names" to jump up or
  19. down the list when tapping the "Toolbar" up & down buttons.
  20. More bugs fixed. Including the Import feature, now compresses as it imports.
  21. Database files now use SQL database format for faster access and updates.

  23. New for Version 3.3
  24. Purely a bug fix version, however in doing so I have also improved the "Merge In" and "Update"
  25. features thus enable up to 10 fields to be imported from the Data application.

  27. New for Version 3.2
  28. Removed the Auto Scroll restriction when there are not enough records to fill the screen.
  29. Added a new Preference that will let you make the "screen tap" of a name go straight to the name in
  30. the database.
  31. You will need to reset your preferences.

  33. New For Version 3.1
  34. For version 3.1 I have added a much better screen view enabling a longer Header in the first column.
  35. Much less "screen blinking" when scrolling down the list of names in the database. 
  36. Unfortunately the screen blinking does still occur when using the largest fonts available.
  37. Plus another new preference setting file. Do not worry old files will be deleted.

  39. New For Version 3.0
  40. 1. There are several new preferences included in FindIT which means that you will have to reset your
  41.  preferences. You do not need to worry aout removing old files as this version will remove any obsolete
  42.  files..
  43. 2. I have added several new font levels and a new font type, this has meant that I have had to resrtict
  44. the label in the first column to only six letters.
  45. 3. Added a new mutli search capability option.
  46. 4. Finding is now done by your preferred method, you can search by either label or both labels.
  47. 5. Added Zoom features to Menu. 
  48. 6. Added Show Location to Menu. Plus added a new "goto" button when displaying the location.
  49. 7. Added Goto current name into Menu. (Including displaying current
  50. name in menu.)
  51. 8. Added the ability to Save multi searches as groups.
  52. 9. Added "Tab" key to display the groups dialog.
  53. 10. Added "Error Trap" dialog. Program doesn't crash on errors, instead
  54. it tells you where and why it crashed, so you can tell me.
  55. 11. Fixed the recurring "End of file" message if screen is tapped
  56. with only a few names in file.

  58. Well I think that's it, everything else is behind the scenes and you
  59. won't notice.
