  24. INSTALLATION

  27. Turn on your Series 5, press the System icon (bottom left of the
  28. screen), press the Menu key, under 'Tools' select 'Preferences',
  29. make sure that there is a tick next to 'show system folder' and click
  30. on 'OK'.

  32. Go into either C:\System\Apps\ or D:\System\Apps\
  33.  
  34. From the menu, under 'File' select 'Make new folder' name it BioBase.
  35.  
  36. Copy all the files except README.TXT into this directory.
  37.  
  38. Pressing the 'Extras' button (bottom right of screen) will now reveal
  39. this programs icon, select it to begin.
  40.  
  41. If the program does not run, rename it's folder to a different name, wait
  42. a few seconds, then rename it back to the correct name and try again.

  44. If you have difficulty with installation, re-read and follow carefully
  45. the above instructions, you have probably put the files in the wrong place,
  46. or named the folder incorectly.

  50. UPGRADING FROM AN EARLIER VERSION

  53. Just delete the contents of your existing BioBase folder, except BB-REG
  54. if you have it, and then copy all the new files into the directory.

  68. Full instructions on how to register and details of cost are given within the
  69. program, just select 'Register' from the menu, you will be given a choice of
  70. registration methods and their prices, followed by full instructions to the
  71. method of registration selected.

  73. When you register you will receive a code that will enable this program to be
  74. used with your Series 5. If for any reason a replacment code is required, one
  75. will be supplied free of charge. If you reqire further codes, a new registration
  76. will be required, whereupon you will recieve a new code, and will again be entitled
  77. to a free replacement code if needed.

  79. The above policy is necessary to minimise piracy, and to keep the amount of time
  80. spent dealing with each registration to an acceptable level, which in turn,
  81. enables me to keep the cost of registration low.

  91. If you have a problem, check that your batteries are not low, and that there is
  92. plenty of memory available to the program.

  94. Check that you have followed the installation instructions correctly.

  103. what point in the programs execution the error happened, and what error messages
