  7. If you have used the Export/Import facility then please note that
  8. these functions have been removed in 3.1.
  9.  
  10. The reason is that the Backup/Restore is the preferred option and,
  11. in fact, the Export/Import facility only replicated this functionality
  12. but in a different form.

  14. Before installing the new version please import all the data files
  15. and make the necessary Backups now.

  45. Installation Instructions
  46. ---------------------------------------------------------------------
  47. 1. Create a new directory on your Psion in either the C:\System\Apps
  48.    or D:\System\Apps called 5Time. It is possible that you will not
  49.    be able to see the System directory. This is because the Psion
  50.    defaults this directory as hidden from view. To make it visible
  51.    go to the system screen, select the menu, then Tools, then
  52.    Preferences and then ensure that the "Show 'System' folder" is
  53.    checked.

  55. 2. Create a new directory on your Psion on the C: drive in C:\System
  56.    called OPL.
  57.  
  58. 3. Create a new directory on your Psion on the C: drive in C:\System
  59.    called OPX.
  60.  
  61. 4. Copy 5Time.aif, 5Time.app, 5Time.mbm and 5Time.hlp to the new
  62.    \System\Apps\5Time directory.

  64. 5. Copy PS.OPO and PS.mbm to the new C:\System\OPL directory.
  65.  
  66. 6. Copy GPrinter.OPX and Agenda2.opx to the new C:\System\OPX directory.

  68. 7. Optionally copy 5TimeMan to your Documents directory.

  72. file which will initialise the database etc.

  265.                 is used to save "raw" data copies on disk. Will become
  266.                 the suggested method of ensuring upwards capability
  267.                 of new versions of 5Time.
  268.                 To Do entry with a memo that is to be entered in Agenda
  269.                 now takes the memo details into the Agenda as well.

  271.  28 May 98      Bug fixes in the Backup/Restore option. The restore
  272.                 option did not check for database integrity and caused
  273.                 some user headaches. Have now fixed this problem so a
  274.                 restore automatically calls the database integrity
  275.                 checks that are present at startup.
  276.                 Major addition - can now export a Microsoft Project
  277.                 MPX file which can be read by both MS Project and 
  278.                 Plan5.
  279.                 Released as Version 2.18.
  280.  03 Jun 98      Upgraded to be compatible with GeoFox 1 machine.
  281.                 Fixed the slider bar problems. Now all views function
  282.                 correctly.
  283.                 Crashing after entering a blank task type. This has
