AThis view is available as a pop up list in both busy and calendar view. Pressing CTRL+D shows you a list with all entries on the current selected day. CTRL+M shows all entries in the current month. Double tapping the entry of your choice will jump to the selected entry.

1. Have Agenda AND BusyView open at the same time and keep them synchronized (Not on Series 5 'classic'). This is done using the Agenda Server available from EPOC Release 5.

CThis view is best used to see your timed appointments. You can see at a glance when and how long these appointments are. Use left and right cursor keys to go to a different day. Use up and down keys to show the day entries on the top line.
To view all appointments on the current day, press CTRL+D. Use CTRL+M to view a list of the current month.
(SHIFT+)TAB cycles through the timed appointments, which are in the set time range.
The day numbers are printed inverse if there are untimed appointments, or timed appointments not in the time range set in the preferences.
The week number is printed below the month/year box.
Scroll the busy view using:
PGUP, PGDN, HOME, END.
Use ESC to scroll back to the range set in the preferences.

AUse CTRL+F or press the find button. It brings up a dialog box where you can enter text to find in the current month. After pressing OK, it displays a list of entries containing the text (not case sensitive). Select and press enter or double tap the desired entry to jump to this entry.
FBusyView is shareware. This means that you can try the software before you buy it. BusyView can be used with no nagging or limitations for three weeks. After three weeks, it starts reminding you it should be registered by showing the registration dialog. Press cancel to continue. After six weeks, it will stop working completely.
To register BusyView choose one of 4 possibilities:

6AThis new view looks like the busy view but has the hours on top and the days on the left side of the screen. Appointment text is shown in the time bars.
Use preferences to set the numbers of days you want to see on screen. Use the scrollbar to see the rest.

ASeries 5 'Classic':
BusyView handles all alarms for you. You do not need to start Agenda to do this. Using both BusyView and Agenda will not negatively affect the handling of alarms.
All other EPOC machines:
Only if you never use Agenda you should let BusyView handle the alarms (See preferences).
If you have Agenda running together with BusyView never let BusyView handle the alarms. It will cause all alarms to go off twice!
)BFor easy navigation, a top toolbar is available. It has buttons for previous and next week/weeks. The
go to...
button brings up the go to dialog. You can jump to any date from there.
The new entry lets you enter new entries into the agenda file.
The edit entry button lets you edit the currently selected entry.
The find option brings up the find dialog and lets you find entries containing the selected text in the current month.
Tip: When in the
Go to
dialog, press TAB to show the calendar.
Tip: Hide the top toolbar to get maximum screen space.
CGeneral:
Agenda go to date key: If you use i.e. CTRL+G to show the go to date dialog in the Agenda application enter a
here. This is needed for jumping to the right date in Agenda.
Calendar view tool tips: Tick this option if you want ToolTips for the entries you select.
BusyView handles alarms: Only set when you only use BusyView on your agenda files. When using the Series 5 'Classic' this setting is ignored.
Entries:
Tick the entries you want shown in the views.
Tip: To speed things up, tick only the ones you really want to see.
View:
Busy view from/to: Set start and end time for the busy view.
Important: Changing these values only has effect when in the busy view.
Weeks in views:
Select between 1 and 5 (3 on the Revo) weeks to display in all the views.
Days in horizontal view:
Select between 1 and 21 days to display in the horizontal view. Using the scrollbar enables you to see the rest of the days (if any)
