  2. DINO ZONE - V 1.0 for the Psion Series 7 & netBook

  5. Marooned on a uncharted moon, you must enter the Temples of Nebling and retrieve
  6. 40 crystals to power your spacecraft so that you can escape, you have a maping
  7. device, a blaster, and a teleporter to help you, but you will be chased by up to
  8. 80 hungry Dinosaurs, so be careful - 6 difficulty settings - with high quality
  9. animated colour graphics, speech & sound effects, plus addictive gameplay
  10. Dino Zone will keep you coming back for more.

  17. INSTALLATION

  20. Turn on your Series 7, press the System icon (bottom left of the
  21. screen), press the Menu key, under 'Tools' select 'Preferences',
  22. make sure that there is a tick next to 'show system folder' and click
  23. on 'OK'.

  25. Go into either C:\System\Apps\ or D:\System\Apps\
  26.  
  27. From the menu, under 'File' select 'Make new folder' name it DinoZone.
  28.  
  29. (Please note that there is NOT a space between the words Dino and Zone).
  30.  
  31. Copy all the files except README.TXT into this directory.
  32.  
  33. ( * Do not convert any files, just copy them * )
  34.  
  35. If you wish to save space, you may omit some or all of the sound files,
  36. (files named with just 2 characters), but I strongly recomend trying the
  37. game with the sounds as they make it more fun.

  39. Pressing the 'Extras' button (bottom right of screen) will now reveal
  40. this programs icon, select it to begin.
  41.  
  42. If the program does not run, rename it's folder to a different name, wait
  43. a few seconds, then rename it back to the correct name and try again.

  45. If you have difficulty with installation, re-read and follow carefully
  46. the above instructions, you have probably put the files in the wrong place,
  47. or named the folder incorectly.

  62. Full instructions on how to register and details of cost are given within the
  63. program, just select 'How to register' from the menu, you will be given a choice of
  64. registration methods and their prices, followed by full instructions to the
  65. method of registration selected.

  67. When you register you will receive a code that will enable this program to be
  68. used with your Series 7. If for any reason a replacment code is required, one
  69. will be supplied free of charge. If you reqire further codes, a new registration
  70. will be required, whereupon you will recieve a new code, and will again be entitled
  71. to a free replacement code if needed.

  73. The above policy is necessary to minimise piracy, and to keep the amount of time
  74. spent dealing with each registration to an acceptable level, which in turn,
  75. enables me to keep the cost of registration low.

  85. If you have a problem, check that your batteries are not low, and that there is
  86. plenty of memory available to the program.

  88. Check that you have followed the installation instructions correctly.

  95. the problem in as much detail as possible, stating what machine you are running
  96. the program on, what version you are running, what files have been put where, at
  97. what point in the programs execution the error happened, and what error messages
  98. were given.
