  5. Installation :

  7. + Mandatory files :
  8.   Install the packages Macro5.sis and Macro5Lib.sis
  9.   as you do with all SIS files : double-click on them
  10.   either on the PC or on the Series 5.
  11.   If you don't already have them, install also SysRam1.sis
  12.   and SystInfo.sis.
  13.  
  14. + Optional files :
  15.   If you want to install the examples of macros, copy all
  16.   the files from Macros.zip to c:\Macros.
  17.   If you don't want the online help, delete \System\Apps\Macro5\Macro5.hlp
  18.   If you want to run macros that includes Jason Kneen's Escript commands,
  19.   install EScript.sis and AppInfo.sis

  21. + You should have something like :

  42. + Then start Macro5 using the Extras bar and that's it.

  45. Upgrade :
  46. ---------
  47. + If you run a version older than 2.30, you cannot upgrade.
  48.   Delete \System\Apps\SwitchTask and follow the above install procedure.
  49. + Otherwise, just install the packages Macro5.sis and Macro5Lib.sis
  50.   Copy Upgrade.opo to \System\Apps\Macro5\ and run it to upgrade Macro5.ini.
  51.   Once it's done, delete Upgrade.opo since you will never use it again.
  52. + If you upgrade from a version prior to 2.35 :
  53.   -> Macro.oph has moved to \System\OPL.
  54.   -> SwtchTsk.opx and the folder \Icons are not needed anymore.
  55. + Look at history.txt for the list of the macros that have been updated.
