  1. Motoring Expenses for Psion Series 5/5mx or Revo Licence Agreement.

  3. BY CONTINUING WITH THIS INSTALLATION YOU ARE ACCEPTING
  4. THE TERMS OF THE  LICENCE AGREEMENT BELOW.
  5.  
  6. Please ensure that you understand the terms and
  7. conditions of this Agreement before continuing with the
  8. installation. You are reminded that this is a legal
  9. Agreement between you (either an individual or an
  10. organisation) and the Author.
  11.  
  12. PLEASE READ THIS LICENCE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY:
  13. This Licence Agreement ("AGREEMENT") is a legal agreement 
  14. between you (either an individual or an organisation such 
  15. as a company) and the Author.
  16.  
  17. This licence agreement covers the use of Motoring Expenses 
  18. for Psion Series 5/5mx and Psion Revo. This includes "online" 
  19. or electronic documentation, applications, computer software, 
  20. and any printed materials. 
  21.  
  22. By installing or otherwise using Motoring Expenses for Psion
  23. Series 5/5mx or Revo, you agree to be bound by the terms of 
  24. this AGREEMENT. If you do not agree to the terms of this 
  25. AGREEMENT, the Author will not license the application to you. 
  26. In such event, you may not use or copy Motoring Expenses for 
  27. Psion Series 5/5mx or Revo, and you must destroy any copies 
  28. of Motoring Expenses for Psion Series 5/5mx or Revo in your 
  29. possession.

  31. This AGREEMENT constitutes the entire agreement and understanding 
  32. between the parties with respect to its subject matter and replaces 
  33. all previous written or oral agreements, including all express or 
  34. implied terms, and all representations between, or undertakings by, 
  35. the parties with regard to such subject matter. This AGREEMENT 
  36. cannot be changed except by written agreement between the parties.

  38. PRODUCT LICENCE
  39. Motoring Expenses for Psion Series 5/5mx or Revo is licensed, not 
  40. sold.
  41.  
  42. GRANT OF LICENCE
  43. This AGREEMENT grants you the following rights:
  44. a) The non-exclusive and limited right to use one copy of Motoring 
  45. Expenses for Psion Series 5/5mx or Revo by you (if you are an 
  46. individual) or by any employee (if you are an organisation) for 60 
  47. days free of charge , after which Motoring Expenses for Psion Series 
  48. 5/5mx or Revo should be registered by paying the relevant fee.
  49.  
  50. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS
  51. a) Rental.  You may not rent or lease Motoring Expenses for Psion
  52. Series 5/5mx or Revo.
  53. b) Software Transfer.  You may not transfer any of your rights 
  54. under this AGREEMENT.
  55. c) Termination.  The AGREEMENT lasts until you terminate it by 
  56. destroying all copies of Motoring Expenses for Psion Series 5/5mx 
  57. or Revo (including any printed materials and media). If you fail 
  58. to comply with the conditions of the AGREEMENT, then the Author 
  59. will terminate the AGREEMENT and you will be required, by the 
  60. terms and conditions of the AGREEMENT, to destroy all copies of 
  61. Motoring Expenses for Psion Series 5/5mx or Revo (including any 
  62. printed materials and media).
  63.  
  64. UPDATES
  65. UPDATES may be made available by the Author from time to 
  66. time. By installing or otherwise using such UPDATES you 
  67. agree to be bound by any ADDITIONAL TERMS that may 
  68. accompany such UPDATES. If you do not agree with such 
  69. ADDITIONAL TERMS you may not install, copy or otherwise 
  70. use such UPDATES.
  71. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
  72. IN NO EVENT UNLESS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW WILL 
  73. THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR DAMAGES, (WHETHER ARISING IN 
  74. CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE) INCLUDING ANY 
  75. LOST PROFITS, LOST MONIES, LOST TIME,  LOSSES 
  76. ATTRIBUTABLE IN WHOLE OR PART TO ANY DEFECTS IN THE 
  77. DESIGN OR  PERFORMANCE OF Motoring Expenses for Psion Series 5/5mx or
  78. Revo OR ANY PRODUCT OR APPLICATION, OR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR 
  79. CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE 
  80. Motoring Expenses for Psion Series 5/5mx or Revo (INCLUDING BUT NOT 
  81. LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA OR DATA BEING RENDERED INACCURATE OR LOSSES 
  82. SUSTAINED BY THIRD PARTIES.
