The investment details and the history can be printed using serial or parallel printers, or through the PC.
Use 'Page setup' to define the page size, header, footer, margins etc.
Use 'Print setup' to select the printer model.
Use 'Print preview' to see a preview with its own menu of options.
The 'Preferences' option allows you to alter various display formats as well as specifying the number of decimal places to be used for each column.
In addition, you can let the progam update the History file automatically each time you update an investment, without prompting you.
Tap on or use Up/Down arrows to select entries.
PgUp/PgDn move a screenful at a time.
Home/End go to the top or bottom entry in the file.
Ctrl+Q to View the history.
Ctrl+I to View the total history.
Esc or Ctrl+Q to Return to Main screen.
If you have more than one investment file switch between them using the Menu or the shortcut key Ctrl+O, or simply use the L/R arrows.
In the history screen you can switch Investments using <Ctrl+S>, the cursor keys or the L/R arrows.

The history details can be exported as a text file in a <Tab> delimited format for use in a wordprocessor, or CSV for use in a spreadsheet.
You can also import historical details into an investment history from an external source.
Note that the Export option will export dates in the format specified on the screen display,

with Date as DD/MM/YY or MM/DD/YY and the <Delimiter> as a single character (normally <Tab> or a Comma).
RMRInvest 'Investment Performance Tracker' program is designed to allow you to keep track of multiple investment portfolios and record the historical performance of both individual investments and the total value of each portfolio.
The program uses 2 screens:
- the main screen which allows entry, updating and deletion of investments and the creation of portfolios.
- a graphical and text screen which shows the histories of each investment or the whole portfolio.
Most aspects of the display are configurable, and the history files can be imported from spreadsheets or exported in various formats.
The program has a nominal currency for each portfolio but a secondary currency can be defined if you wish to use it temporarily.
Each investment can have an attached Memopad for storing addresses, codes, numbers etc associated with the entry (Note that pressing the Space
Bar is a quick way of accessing this feature).
Finally each portfolio can be password protected.
This screen lists the investments in each portfolio. The date of the last update, the name of the investment, the number of units, the price/unit and the total value are displayed, along with the total value of the portfolio.
From this screen you can create, update and delete whole portfolios as well as adding, updating, and deleting individual investments.
Note that investments can be excluded from the overall total, in case you wish to track the performance prior to purchase. In this case the investment is preceded by an "x" instead of a number
The position of each investment can also be changed if you wish to display them in a different order.
Investment prices can be updated individually using the Edit Menu option, the Toolbar button or simply pressing the <Tab> key. Alternatively, <Ctrl+L> will allow them to all updated in one pass.
The History screen for the selected investment is accessed with the Toolbar button, <Ctrl+Q> or simply pressing <Enter>.
This screen lists the history of the investment on the right of the screen, an entry being produced each time an investment is updated in the main screen.
The same information is also displayed graphically, along with a gain/loss figure.
All the parameters on this screen are cofigurable to your requirements.
History files can be deleted, or can be shortened by changing the start date.
The Edit menu provides options to add, delete or update entries, should this be necessary.
The program has extensive pen support and both screens have the 4 Toolbar buttons set to the most often-used functions for that screen. There will also be a scroll bar if appropriate, and if there is more than one investment file then buttons will appear in the top left of the screen to mimic the action of the cursors.
Also, in the main screen tapping an entry will select it, and then a second tap will bring up the Memopad.
Finally, tapping anywhere around the other parts of the screen will bring up an appropriate dialog. Rather than just list them I suggest you experiment in each screen and see what happens.
