  1. A36WB version 1.64 by Chris Parker

  4. A36WB is a program for the Psion 5 to calculate the weight and balance for a
  5. normally-aspirated Beech A36 Bonanza (serial numbers E-1371 and after) in 
  6. Club Seating configuration.
  7. 
  8. To install, create a \SYSTEM\APPS\A36WB directory on one of
  9. your drives and copy both A36WB.APP and A36WB.AIF into this
  10. directory. It should then appear on your Extras bar.
  11. 
  12. A couple of points which might not be obvious:
  13. 
  14. 1. The program assumes 2 US gallons (12 lb) of fuel for start-up, taxy
  15.    and take-off.
  16.    
  17. 2. There are options for selecting the numbers of middle and rear seats
  18.    fitted. If you select fewer than two, the Middle Row Bags and Rear Row Bags
  19.    are assumed to be loaded in the cargo configuration position
  20.    (arms 108 and 145).
  21.    
  22. 3. The program corrects the weight and balance for seat removal (-15 lb)
  23. 
  24. 4. Take-off speeds are for flaps UP.
  25. 
  26. 5. The Print option gives a more complete loadsheet.
