  4. This file provides information for shareware distributors, disk vendors and
  5. BBS's who wish to distribute Aunt Annie's Crafts and the Paper Project
  6. Sampler. The SHAREWARE package is defined as containing all the of the files
  7. listed below:
  8.     READ.ME         installation instructions
  9.     ANNIE.WR_       brief introduction to Aunt Annie's Crafts
  10.     ORDER.FR_       SHAREWARE registration form
  11.     FILE_ID.DI_     brief description for vendors and BBS's
  12.     VENDOR.DO_    information for SHAREWARE vendors
  13.     ANNIE.EX_       Aunt Annie's Crafts executable program
  14.     ANNIE.HL_       Aunt Annie's Crafts Help
  15.     SAMPLER.AA_     Paper Project Sampler Book
  16.     SAMPLER.HL_     Paper Project Sampler Book Help

  33. The SHAREWARE distribution of Aunt Annie's Crafts has these 23 files and
  34. will fit on a 1.2mb or 1.44mb diskette.  Disk vendors are to distribute
  35. Aunt Annie's Crafts and the Paper Project Sampler on a single 1.2mb or
  36. 1.44mb diskette.  Do not compress or ZIP the files any further or include
  37. any other files except small introductory files from the vendor. BBS's and
  38. CD-ROM vendors may distribute all 23 files in a single compressed or ZIPped
  39. file library.

  41. BBS's and shareware vendors may freely distribute Aunt Annie's Crafts and
  42. the Paper Project Sampler provided they agree to and follow these provisions:

  44.   1) Aunt Annie's Crafts and the Paper Project Sampler must be
  45.      packaged as outlined in the vendor instructions.
  46.  
  47.   2) Your disk labels, catalogs, screens, advertisements,
  48.      brochures, etc. must make it clear that this is SHAREWARE,
  49.      and a registration fee is required as outlined in the
  50.      product documentation.

  52.   3) Aunt Annie's Crafts and the Paper Project Sampler can not be
  53.      packaged so as to appear to be part of a line of products
  54.      offered by a software publisher.  It must be clear that the
  55.      offering company is simply a SHAREWARE distributor.

  57.   4) The distribution fee charged for Aunt Annie's Crafts and the
  58.      Paper Project Sampler must not exceed $5.
