  1.                           LICENSE STATEMENT

  5.   Use - Definition: Application or employment to some purpose.  
  6.   Since this is source code, users can easily modify the code for 
  7.   their custom use.  If these files have aided or guided you in any 
  8.   way, please consider yourself a user.

  10.   Registration -  If you want to register, you can choose one of 
  11.   three levels of licensing - Private, Commercial User, and 
  12.   Commercial Sales.  All registrants will receive the complete 
  13.   source code.

  15.   Private Use - A contribution is requested for private, non-
  16.   profit, or Shareware.  See PRIVATE.LIC for details.

  18.   Commercial Users - In order to use the software in a commercial 
  19.   environment, users must apply for one of two agreements:

  21.      1. Commercial Sales License Agreement  (COMMSALE.LIC)
  22.      2. Commercial Users License Agreement  (COMMUSER.LIC)

  24.   Commercial Sales License Agreement - For this agreement, a 
  25.   corporation, company, institution, organization, or individual 
  26.   can use the software to DIRECTLY make a profit from the sale of 
  27.   programs produced from this software.  See COMMSALE.LIC for 
  28.   pricing.  No royalties are required.

  30.   Commercial Users License Agreement - For this agreement, a 
  31.   corporation, company, institution, organization, or individual 
  32.   can use the software to INDIRECTLY make a profit from in-house 
  33.   use of programs produced from this software.  No direct sales are 
  34.   allowed in this agreement.  See COMMUSER.LIC for pricing.

  36.   Distribution - The distribution of the publically released 
  37.   software is encouraged and can only be distributed without 
  38.   profit.  Permission is required otherwise.

  40.   Changes - The author reserves the right to change pricing and 
  41.   licensing on future purchases.

  43.   Mailing in License - A License Agreement should be signed and 
  44.   mailed to the author for the registration.
  45.  
  46.   Postage - With any order, please include $4.00 for up to 2 
  47.   Verbatim Data Life Plus diskettes, mailer and postage.
  48.  
  49.   Accounting - If you are in a profit making organization, you can 
  50.   usually get the funds from petty cash accounts rather than going 
  51.   through major approvals.  
  52.  
  53.   Upgrading - Previous registrants can get upgrades for a $3 charge 
  54.   per program plus postage.
  55.  
  56.   Exceptions - For any other use, please contact the author.
