  13.     Mission operations for TOPEX/Poseidon consists of seven activities: mission planning and sequencing, navigation, precision orbit determination, altimeter verification, satellite performance analysis, flight control, and science data processing.

  15.     In addition, CNES sensor control and data processing are conducted at an Information Processing Center in Toulouse, France via an interface with the ground system at JPL.
