- PICTURE/ICON DRAW AND EDIT PROGRAM Version 1.0
- ------------------------------------------------
-
- README FILE
- -----------
-
-
- Welcome to my picture/icon viewer/editor. All the appropriate files are
- included for the Siena. I have also included some example .PIC files
- which I downloaded from various bulletin boards. Most of these were
- uploaded by anonymous donors, so I offer them my thanks and acknowledgments
- for their hard work.
-
- The ZIP file should contain the following files:
-
- \APP\SNADRAW0.APP Main Application
- \APP\SNADRAW\SNADRAW0.HLP Optional Help File
-
- README.NEW This file
-
- SNADRAW0.DOC Documentation in Word for Windows format
- SNADRAW0.TXT Documentation in ASCII Text format
-
- REGISTER.TXT Details of how to register
- HISTORY.TXT History of program
- LICENCE.TXT Legal Agreement
-
- Some example Icons and Pictures
-
- \PIC\BLANK.PIC Blank Background for S3a Icon
- \PIC\BLANK2.PIC Another Blank Background for S3a Icon
- \PIC\COMMS.PIC Example S3a Icon
- \PIC\PSION.PIC Example S3a Icon
- \PIC\GREY.PIC Example Picture drawn using program
- \PIC\PORSCHE.PIC Example Black only Picture
- \PIC\UNDERGND.PIC Map of London Underground
- \PIC\MARILYN.PIC The famous pinup picture
-
- Installation:
-
- 1. Put the APP file (SNADRAW0.APP) into an \APP\ directory.
-
- 2. If you wish to use the optional On-Line Help, put the SNADRAWS0.HLP
- file into an \APP\SNADRAW\ Sub-directory.
-
- 3. If you do not have one already, make a \PIC\ directory on any drive
- (Not on a Flash SSD if you intend to edit the pictures) and put the
- example .PIC files into it.
-
- 4. Install SNADRAW0.APP as covered in the manual using <Psion-I>.
- Update the system screen if required.
-
- 5. Select any picture to View/Edit, or press <Psion-N> to generate a
- new picture.
-
- 6. Until you register the program, you will have to work through the
- 'nag' screens.
-
- 7. When you first run the program it will generate a SNADRAW.CFG file in
- the \OPD\ directory on your default drive, to keep the defaults.
-
- 8. Play around with all of the menu commands to see the program's
- capabilities. The on-line help is very comprehensive, so you should
- only have to resort to the documentation very occasionally. To
- encourage registration, I have 'switched out' all the various 'Save'
- functions in unregistered copies.
-

- as see if any bugs have been reported, visit my home page on the
