  3. This is my first attempt at creating a PSION game.  Actually, this is
  4. my first OPL program that really does something...
  5.  
  6. I think it is not that bad for a first application.  If you want, just
  7. drop me an email telling what you think of it, or any suggestions to
  8. improve the game; I would really appreciate.
  9.  
  10. The help file gives all instruction necessary to learn how to play.
  11.  
  12. I would like to thank Frederic Botton for his patience and
  13. all the help he gave me when I was lost...
  14. He is the author of a couple great games for the PSION (Greedy,
  15. Mille-Bornes, Memory)  You should take a look at them!!!

  18. His latest one, Greedy was released not too long ago.  I followed it's
  19. development in the last phase, and that's what gave me the urge to try
  20. to create something myself in OPL.

  25. Inclusion in any software library, on floppy, CDRom, electronically
  26. etc. is very welcome as long as you do not alter the archive.
  27. If you're intending to insert Mancala 1.0 in a library (on floppy,
  28. CDRom etc), please drop me a quick Email. Please do not charge for 
  29. more than the usual media & postage fees.

  46. Installation
  47. ------------
  48. -Copy the Mancala.opa file in your APP directory
  49. -Create a subdirectory called Mancala in your APP.
  50. -Copy all the other files on that directory.
  51. -Install the game using the PSION-I hot key.
  52.  
  53. Aditional files
  54. ---------------
  55. The Mancala game will create a single file that holds the settings.
  56. The file located in your  \OPD directory is called OKSoft.ini
  57. If you remove the OKSoft.ini file, you will loose all the current 
  58. settings, but it will recreate itself the next time you run the game.
  59.                      
  60. Known bugs
  61. ----------
  62. The only known bug at this point is that if you play on the PSION Emulator
  63. on the PC with sound on, it will hang.  This is because I simulate key clicks
  64. with a BEEP -1,10 which the emulator does not like.  If someone has a better
  65. way of simulating the key clicks, please let me know.

  67. Although this program has been tested over a decent period of time, there
  68. might still be some bugs in it.  If so, please send me an email and I will
  69. correct it.
