  1. Readme for DogDay demo
  2. ----------------------
  3.  
  4. This is a fully playable demo of DogDay with no punches pulled!
  5. Unfortunately, we cannot demo more of the final game as DogDay is
  6. rather intensive as far as file sizes go. (Do not worry, the released 
  7. version only needs a few kBytes)
  8.  
  9. For this demo you will need around either several kBytes or 25+Mb HardDisk space 
  10. (depending on whether you do a Maximum install or not)
  11.  
  12. Please note that DogDay requires DirectX version 2 or better to be installed 
  13. prior to running DogDay.

  18. Running DogDay
  19. --------------
  20. -Double-click on the 'DogDemo' icon on your desktop or double-click on DogDay.EXE 
  21. which will be located in the root Directory you installed to (eg C:\GAMES\DOGDEMO\DOGDAY.EXE).

  23. -Just click on parts of the screen you wish and things will happen...
  24. -To use an object that you have picked up, simply Drag'n'Drop it where
  25. you want to use it.
  26. -Right-clicking gives you a Context Menu allowing you to 
  27.     -i) Change Settings (Full screen 8/6-bit, Video speed, etc, etc)
  28.     -ii) Save or Load a game
  29.     -iii) Record what you are doing!
  30.     -iv) Exit

  32. Unisntallation
  33. --------------
  34. Delete all files in the directory you installed to. 
  35. That's it!
