  9. This is a text clipboard editor with many text manipulative
  10. features.  It has a large, usable text editing area that is copied
  11. from the clipboard when the DA is first activated and
  12. automatically pasted back when the DA is closed.  There are many
  13. extra features that are strange and unique.  There is a help
  14. selection in the menu, and this DA supports UNDO; very useful with
  15. some of its abilities.
