  6.  Display is a small program which displays a winter type
  7.  screen and scrolls a banner across the top of the Macintosh
  8.  screen. Text for the banner is user supplied in a file
  9.  called TOPLINE which much be resident on the Display
  10.  programs' disk. The text may be a maximum of 255 characters
  11.  long and must be in text only format. To exit the program
  12.  click the mouse button. This program is free and may not be
  13.  sold.
