Outputs should be used to specify what information you are interested in collecting. They do not affect the system in any way, but you won't be able to read any information without them. Set the type of infomation it should collect.
If you connect a output to a ground instead of a mass, then your only option for data collection should be Sum of Forces. This is because grounds have infinite mass, making the other options useless.
The Autoplot After Simulation option will automatically create a plot window and place the output's data into when the simulation is complete. You probably don't want to use it if you intend to be combining plots right away.
