CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE RUNNING THE ENCLOSED BLUE RIBBON SOFTWARE. DOING SO INDICATES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT OR UNDERSTAND THEM, PROMPTLY RETURN THE BLUE RIBBON SOFTWARE PRODUCT TO THE PLACE FROM WHICH YOU PURCHASED IT.
1. LICENSE: You have the non-exclusive right to use the enclosed program. This program can only be used on a single computer. You may physically transfer the program from one computer to another provided that the program is used on only one computer at a time. You may not distribute copies of the program or documentation to others, including the transfer of the program from one computer to another over a network. You may not modify or translate the program or related documentation without the prior written consent of The Blue Ribbon SoundWorks, Ltd.
2. BACKUP AND TRANSFER: You may make copies of the program for backup purposes only. You must include the copyright notice on the backup copy. Backup copies are for archival purposes only and their use cannot violate the terms of paragraph one (1) of this Agreement. You may transfer and license the program to another party if the other party agrees to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, however the transferee will not be eligible for upgrades, updates and technical support from The Blue Ribbon SoundWorks, Ltd. If you transfer the program, you must at the same time transfer or destroy all backup copies and documentation.
3. COPYRIGHT: The program and its related documentation are copyrighted by The Blue Ribbon SoundWorks. Ltd. All rights reserved. The contents may not, in whole or in part, be copied, photocopied, reproduced or reduced to any electronic medium or machine-readable form without prior consent, in writing, of The Blue Ribbon SoundWorks, Ltd. Under the relevant law, copyrighting includes translation into other language or format. You may not copy the program or its documentation except for backup purposes and to load the program into the computer as part of executing this program. All other copies of this program and its documentation are in direct violation of this Agreement.
4. TERM: This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate it by destroying the program and documentation and all copies thereof. The license will also terminate if you fail to comply with any term or condition of the Agreement. You agree upon such termination to destroy all copies of the program and its documentation.
5. UPDATE POLICY: In order to qualify for updates and upgrades of this program, the original licensee only must complete and return a registration card to The Blue Ribbon SoundWorks, Ltd. If the original licensee transfers this program and documentation, any subsequent licensee will not be eligible to receive any updates or upgrades from The Blue Ribbon SoundWorks, Ltd. IF THE REGISTRATION CARD HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED SOUNDWORKS, LTD. IS UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO MAKE AVAILABLE UPDATES AND UPGRADES EVEN THOUGH PAYMENT OF THE APPLICABLE UPDATE FEE HAS BEEN MADE (WHERE REQUIRED).
6. DISCLAIMER: The Blue Ribbon SoundWorks, Ltd. provides this program and manual "AS IS" without warranties, express, implied, or statutory, with respect to the contents hereof, including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement and fitness for a particular purpose, all of which are expressly disclaimed.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: The Blue Ribbon SoundWorks, Ltd.'s liability is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the applicable storage media, in its sole discretion. In no event shall The Blue Ribbon SoundWorks, Ltd., nor any of its agents, consultants, distributors, retailers, or suppliers, be liable for any property damage, personal injury, loss of use, or direct, or other indirect, incidental, special, or consequential costs, expenses, or damages, including without limitation, any damages or lost profits, business interruption, or data which may be lost or rendered inaccurate, even if The Blue Ribbon SoundWorks, Ltd. has been advised in advance of the possibility of such damages. Neither The Blue Ribbon SoundWorks, Ltd. nor any of its agents, consultants, distributors, retailers, or suppliers, shall in any event be liable for any direct, special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this publication or program even if it has been advised of the possibility of suages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or liabilities for incidental or consequential damages; therefore the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. The Blue Ribbon SoundWorks, Ltd. may make improvements and/or changes in the products or programs as described in Iits related documentatation, or to the documentation itself, at any time and without notice. Although The Blue Ribbon SoundWorks, Ltd. has used its best efforts to eliminate inaccuracies from this product, it could contain technical inaccuracies and/or typographical errors. Changes made from time to time to the information contained in this product will be incorporated into future versions.

PROPRIETARY PROPERTY: This program, The Blue Ribbon SoundWorks, Ltd.'s trademarks, servicemarks, product names, user manuals, documentation, and other support materials are either patented, copyrighted, trademarked, servicemarked, constitute valuable trade secrets (whether or not any portion thereof may be copyrighted or patented) or are otherwise proprietary to The Blue Ribbon SoundWorks, Ltd. In addition, this program may contain the proprietary property of others which has been licensed to The Blue Ribbon SoundWorks, Ltd., such as fonts, sound effects, music, animation, and clip art. You may not remove any product identification or notices of the proprietary restrictions from The Blue Ribbon SoundWorks, Ltd.'s products or manuals.
9. MISCELLANEOUS: This license agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York and by United States federal law, shall inure to the benefit of The Blue Ribbon SoundWorks, Ltd., its successors, administrators, heirs and assigns.
