BookMaker Corporation grants you a license to use the enclosed ClickBook and/or ClickBook Lite software in accordance with the terms of this agreement.
ClickBook and ClickBook Lite are software products protected under copyright laws in the United States and by international copyright treaty provisions. You may treat each of these software products as you would a book, with the exception that you may install it on a computer. You are also granted the right to make archival (back-up) copies of the software to protect your investment against loss and damage.
By asking you to treat each software program as you would a book, we mean that it may be used by any number of people and moved freely between computers so long as only one person uses this software at one time. Just as one book cannot be read or used by two different people at different places at the same time, you may not have more than one person using this copy of the software at the same time. If two or more people can use this one copy of software at the same time you should purchase additional copies to avoid violating our copyright (to purchase additional copies call 800 766-8531).
You may transfer the software and accompanying on-line documentation to another person if you do not retain any copies of the software and the other person agrees to this license.
