  6.    Before you install Quicken Companion 2, please turn off any virus 
  7.    programs you may have running since some virus protection programs
  8.    can interfere with installation.  Additionally, some virus protection
  9.    programs may display alerts during installation telling you that
  10.    executable files have been modified.  This will not interfere
  11.    with Quicken Companion installation.  Click OK to clear the alerts,
  12.    and continue with installation.

  16.    Quicken Companion 2 does not work with Prisma Quick Menu.  Turn off
  17.    Prisma Quick Menu before using any part of Quicken Companion 2.
