Copying the emx development package:
You are allowed to copy the complete and unmodified emx package
(emxdev.zip, emxlib.zip, emxtest.zip) if this is done without
charge. If you want to charge a small fee for handling etc., you
have to contact the author. If you want to charge a big fee, you
aren't allowed to copy emx.
Copying the emx runtime package:
You are allowed to accompany your programs which require the emx
runtime with unmodified copies of emx.exe, emxl.exe, emx.dll and
emxio.dll. You can copy the relevant sections of user.doc into
the documentation of your program. You are allowed to use the C
library for your programs. You are allowed to accompany your
programs with emxlibc.dll. If you've modified emxlibc.dll, you
should rename the file and note what you've changed. If you take
money for your program, you have to donate a complimentary copy of
your program to the emx author.
Copying the emx C library sources:
You must not take money for the C library sources. You are
allowed to change and copy the C library sources if you keep the
copyright message intact. If you improve the C library, please
send your enhancements to the emx author (you should copyright
your enhancements similar to the existing C library).
Copying GNU software:
See \emx\doc\copying and \emx\doc\copying.lib.
Copying BSD software:
See \emx\doc\copying.bsd.
