  3. at L4 was  discovered on follow-up CT  of the abdomen in  a 9-year-old
  4. boy with  recurrent  neuroblastoma. (B)  Careful review  of the  study
  5. raised suspicion of a second site of epidural compression  at T-8. (C)
  6. MR of  the spine confirmed  the presence of  the second lesion  in the
  7. thoracic spine, and clearly identified an associated paraspinous mass.
  8. (D) A complete response was achieved following administration of 21 Gy
  9. of radiation.
