ocr: Stage Description Stage I Tumor is limited to site of origin. Stage II Tumor extends beyond site of origin, or, when limited to site of origin, has metastatic regional lymph nodes present on same side. Stage III Tumor extends to contralateral side. Stage IV Metastases are present beyond regional lymph nodes.
