  5. study. ICRP  60 refers to  the risk estimates derived,  primarily from
  6. A-bomb survivors, for low doses and dose rates in ICRP publication no.
  7. 60 (1991). Bars  show 90% confidence limits; for  leukemia, as well as
  8. all other cancers, all 95%  confidence limits are consistent with zero
  9. risk.
