  11.         The PICS system is a BBS and file transfer system written in Turbo 
  12.         Pascal for CP/M 2.2 systems. It is a totally integrated system (no 
  13.         bye, dir, zcpr, etc required). Only the source code is being 
  14.         distributed. Sysops must have the Turbo Pascal Compiler and Turbo 
  15.         Toolbox programs from Borland International.
  16.          
  17.         Three library files comprise the PICS system:
  18.                PICS10.LBR     PICS source files.
  19.                PICSSUP.LBR    Support files. machine and modem samples,
  20.                               the Setup source, system menus, and dummy
  21.                               files for system evaluation.
  22.                PICSDOC.LBR    Documentation files, including a separate
  23.                               installation manual.
  24.                PICSHACK.LBR   (Future file for hacks that didn't get in
  25.                               the official version.)

  27.         It is very important that you read the PICSINTR.MAN (introduction) 
  28.         and the PICSINST.MAN (installation) files in the PICSDOC.LBR file 
  29.         before attempting to compile a PICS system.

  32.         permitted.  All commercial rights are reserved. Distribution of 
  33.         PICS should include all files and documentation.
