-
- The PICS system is a BBS and file transfer system written in Turbo
- Pascal for CP/M 2.2 systems. It is a totally integrated system (no
- bye, dir, zcpr, etc required). Only the source code is being
- distributed. Sysops must have the Turbo Pascal Compiler and Turbo
- Toolbox programs from Borland International.
-
- Three library files comprise the PICS system:
- PICS10.LBR PICS source files.
- PICSSUP.LBR Support files. machine and modem samples,
- the Setup source, system menus, and dummy
- files for system evaluation.
- PICSDOC.LBR Documentation files, including a separate
- installation manual.
- PICSHACK.LBR (Future file for hacks that didn't get in
- the official version.)
-
- It is very important that you read the PICSINTR.MAN (introduction)
- and the PICSINST.MAN (installation) files in the PICSDOC.LBR file
- before attempting to compile a PICS system.
-
- Non-commercial, public distribution and use of this system is
- permitted. All commercial rights are reserved. Distribution of
- PICS should include all files and documentation.
