  2. nuclear wasteland of Earth.  Recently on a current archelogical dig, a portal
  3. was discovered, which transports objects to an outpost in an unknown dimension. 
  4. One represenative was ordered to travel to the outpost and form a beach head for
  5. study.  However, another syndicate organization learned about the portal and followed
