  6. This is a new section in POWER that I am hoping will make people 
  7. subscribe to POWER.  When you subscribe, among other benefits, 
  8. you will get a special, personal number which will be put into a 
  9. hat each month and if the number drawn is yours then you have won 
  10. a prize worth at least £10.  For full details on subscribing read 
  11. the "SUBSCRIBING TO POWER" article...It IS somewhere on BOTH 
  12. disks in this issue!

  19. less than five subscribers 2 days before the latest issue of 
  20. POWER is brought out.  My decision is final and whatever prize 
  21. you are given whether it is cash, software or whatever, it can 
  22. NOT be exchanged unless you want to swap a tenner for a fiver 
  23. that is.  I also reserve the right to publish your address if you 
  24. win unless you have a suitable reason against me doing so.  I 
  25. take no responsibility for any duff prizes etc.
