  8. Just a few pointers about the set out of the reviews in POWER.
  9.  
  10. First, you will have the review which will be an in depth look at 
  11. the item being reviewed.  It will state facts about it and 
  12. personal opinions.  
  13.  
  14. Then, there will be a section labelled '~~ POWERFUL ~~'.  This is 
  15. a general list of the GOOD points in the reviewed item.  It goes 
  16. by fact and opinion.

  18. Then there will be a section labelled '~~ POWERLESS ~~'.  This is 
  19. a general list of the BAD points in the reviewed item.  Again, it 
  20. goes by fact AND opinion although mostly fact.

  22. After those, there will be a 'POWER RATING' which will be a 
  23. percentage (mark out of 100) of what I think the reviewed item 
  24. deserves.  I will take into account my own opinion, fact and I 
  25. will look at it as what type of item it is.  i.e if it is a 
  26. romantic novel on disk, even though I don't like these, I won't 
  27. mark it down because of my own opinion, I will mark it as if I 
  28. DID like these types of stories and I would look on it for points 
  29. such as grammar, spelling etc. and not how much I PERSONALLY 
  30. liked it.

  32. After the rating, there will be a comment, this is just a quick 
  33. and general note on what I think of the reviewed item.  I give my 
  34. full permission for these quotes to be used elsewhere such as by 
  35. the writer of the game to advertise it etc.

  37. Finally, if the reviewed item got over 90%, it will be awarded a 
  38. 'POWER PLUS' award which is just to show that it is a quality 
  39. item and well worth getting.
