  12.            I recently heard on the Tele that going through  Parliment  at 
  13. the  moment  there  is  a bill about Dogs  fouling  up  our  streets  and
  14. parks.I think that action should have been taken years ago.It seems  that 
  15. there are a lot of dog owners that literally dont give a s__t where there 
  16. dogs do their buisiness.An example of one of these people is a woman  who 
  17. takes her dog walkies evey morning along our street and lets her dog crap 
  18. anywhere  it likes.I'm waiting for the day it craps in my garden  because 
  19. the following morning she will get it back in a bag.
  20.             I  have  owned dogs but have never let  them  foul  up  other 
  21. peoples  gardens or parks.I have 2 children and they could not go to  the 
  22. park  to  play  because it was covered with crap.I wonder  if  them  same 
  23. owners let their kids play in it.
  24.              Our next door neigbour has a dog which is never taken for  a 
  25. walk and spends hours on end alone in the back garden.The back garden  is 
  26. often plastered in dog muck and the kids are playing amongst it.
  27.              Also  put  forward  as part of this  bill  is  On  The  Spot 
  28. Fines.I  think that idea needs some serious thought as it would  be  both 
  29. difficult  and in some cases I'm sure dangerous to implement for  whoever 
  30. has got to do it.
  31.               Obviously all decent dog owners have nothing to  fear  from 
  32. this  bill but perhaphs the others will think about where their pets  are 
  33. allowed to do their buisiness.
