  9. Win Interactive Multimedia (W.I.M.) Version 1.0 released October
  10. 10, 1994 is a graphically stunning Windows multimedia player
  11. designed to play multimedia files and control audio CD drives on
  12. IBM compatible machines. It is distributed as Shareware with a
  13. registration fee of $15.00. Postage and handling is extra for
  14. areas outside the U.S. (see ORDER.TXT).

  25.    DISTRIBUTION AUTHORIZATION:

  28. W.I.M. has a straight forward distribution policy. You have
  29. permission to distribute the program as long as you abide by the
  30. following restrictions:

  32. 1) You must identify the program as Shareware and provide the
  33. customer with a complete definition of the Shareware concept. You
  34. may not advertise the software as "free" or "public domain".
  35.  
  36. 2) You must distribute the program with all of its original files
  37. in an unaltered state.

  39. 3) You must are fair to our mutual customers.

  41. 4) If you distribute the software as a Disk Vendor, you may not,
  42. in any way, imply that you are "selling" the program itself. You
  43. are providing a duplication service, and the software is for
  44. evaluation purposes only. You may charge a fee to the end-user
  45. for the cost of duplicating the software and for the cost of
  46. materials used in distribution. The total fee is not to exceed
  47. $12 (USA funds) without prior written permission from MMS
  48. Technologies.

  51. hardware product without prior written permission from MMS
  52. Technologies.

  54. 6) VARs, OEMs, Rack Vendors or CD-ROM manufacturers interested in
  55. including the program as part of a hardware or software bundle
  56. must first contact MMS Technologies for a written licensing
  57. agreement.

  61. MMS Technologies. If you receive such a notice, you must stop
  62. distribution within 30 days of notice.

  94. stunning multimedia player. Play action movie video files with no
