  3. Color viewer for Windows
  4.  
  5. This program provides the ability to view
  6. colors by adjusting the R (red), G (green),
  7. and B (blue) values.  The composite RGB long
  8. integer is also provided.  The RGB is represented
  9. as the best solid primary, the best dithered 
  10. primary solid, and the actual color for systems
  11. than can display at least 256 colors.  Alternate
  12. CMYK notation is also provided.

  14. The program also provides information on the 
  15. color capabilities of the video driver.
  16.  
  17. To install the program, simply copy the
  18. file rgbview.exe a directory ( e.g., c:\programs ).
  19.  
  20. You can run the program by either double
  21. clicking on rgbview.exe from the File
  22. Manager or by adding rgbview.exe to
  23. a group in the Program Manager.
  24.  
  25. No additional DLLs or VBXs are needed.
  26.
