  3.     Use this ultra-simple utility to display how much free time has passed
  4. since a connection has been made.  This is intended for use with a dial-up
  5. SLIP connection, although it's uses are restricted to it.  Simply configure
  6. your SLIP dialer to launch UpTime when connected, and your UpTime will be
  7. displayed at the bottom of the screen.
  8.     This is a Visual Basic 3.0 application, so you'll need the file
  9. VBRUN300.DLL to be in your Windows/System directory.  If you don't have this
  10. file, you can get it on virtually any online service or bulletin board.
  11.     This does not, by any stretch of the imagination, indicate my full
  12. programming potential, but it's a neat, stupid little utility.  Have fun.
