  4.     Users of PlanView must accept this disclaimer of warranty:
  5.     "This software is supplied as is.  The author disclaims all
  6.     warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation,
  7.     the warranties of merchantability and of fitness for any purpose.
  8.     The author assumes no liability for damages, direct or conse-
  9.     quential, which may result from the use of this software."

  11.     PlanView is a "shareware program" and is provided at no charge
  12.     to the user for evaluation.  Feel free to share it with your
  13.     friends, but please do not give it away altered or as part of
  14.     another system.  The essence of "user-supported" software is to
  15.     provide personal computer users with quality software without
  16.     high prices, and yet to provide incentive for programmers to
  17.     continue to develop new products.

  19.     If you find this program useful and find that you are using PlanView
  20.     and continue to use PlanView after a reasonable trial period, you
  21.     must make a registration payment of $29 to Sapphire Software Inc.

  23.     The registration fee will license one copy for use on any one
  24.     computer at any one time.  Upon payment of the registration fee,
  25.     you will receive the most current version of PlanView.  If you
  26.     already have the current version, you will automatically receive
  27.     the next version when it becomes available.

  29.     Registered users also receive free support on the two most recent 
  30.     releases of PlanView.
