  5. Your department has elected to use the password security feature
  6. in WordPerfect, Microsoft Excel, Lotus 1-2-3 or Symphony.  As
  7. very bad luck would have it, a password has been forgotten by the
  8. person entrusted with it.  The files are essential, sensitive,
  9. and, now quite secure from everyone including you and your firm.

  13. The highly qualified, reliable and loyal colleague who has been
  14. handling file security for the past six years has become testy,
  15. embroiled in a mid-management salary dispute.  It has reached
  16. volatile proportions.  The person has been asked to resign with
